Here, select the Nature of Service / Manufacture towards which you have collected Service Tax / Excide Duty. Make sure this type of Service / Manufacture is mentioned on your Service Tax Registration Certificate. If not, please bring to our attention immediately. You are also required to select the type of duty / tax to be paid by selecting appropriately against the nature of service / manufacture.
Select the Bank with which you have a net-banking facility, and Proceed for Payment.
Once you click "Next", the site displays a confirmation screen with the details entered, verify all such details before making the payment since any mistake made cannot be corrected later.
